A well-run SAFe® Agile Release Train launch takes about 14 weeks from initial discovery to the first PI Planning event, which is the timeline this webinar breaks down. The webinar shows where those 14 weeks go, what has to land in each phase, and the early decisions that most often push the date.

The session covers the four phases that decide whether an ART hits its PI 1 Objectives:
