How is Rockmere different from Accenture, Deloitte, or Cprime?
The named partner stays on the engagement from pitch through 90-day stabilization. No associate rotation, no 200-slide assessment sold ahead of an implementation priced separately. We deliver the production system, not the recommendation memo, and we turn down work that is not the right shape for us.
Is Rockmere a boutique transformation firm?
Yes, by design. We run small, senior pods rather than scaling headcount. That is what lets the principal in your proposal be the principal on your work, and it is why we decline engagements where we are not the right firm.

Are Rockmere consultants employees or contractors?
Senior practitioners, credential-verified every quarter against each issuing body's public registry. If a credential lapses, that consultant comes off client work until it is renewed. Named in the SOW before you sign.
