Why Rockmere
exists.
Rockmere Partners is a senior-practitioner consultancy for regulated industries, delivering AI, SAFe®, Agile, Lean, and Talent Solutions work with named principals on every engagement letter. The founders spent fifteen years inside Big-4 transformation programs and another decade running engagements after that. They had seen enough pyramid staffing, framework theater, and 200-slide market analyses sold as strategy. Rockmere is what they built instead.
Pyramid staffing.
Framework theater.
The first is pyramid staffing on Big-4 transformations. A senior partner sells the work, a senior manager scopes it, then a pyramid of consultants 18 months out of college delivers it. The client pays for senior judgment and receives junior pattern-matching. We watched it happen across four firms and more than a hundred engagements.
The second is framework theater at the method boutique. The firm sells one method (SAFe®, Six Sigma, design thinking, whatever it is) as the answer to every question. Twelve months later the program is rolled back and rebranded. The framework was never the bug. The refusal to say "this isn't the right framework for you" was.
- Real practitioners doing the work. Named in the proposal
- Engagements scoped to a measurable outcome in week two
- SAFe®, Agile, Lean, and AI delivery. The right tool for the job
- The honesty to turn down work we shouldn't take

Outcomes are the contract.
Outcomes own the SOW
Every Rockmere engagement opens with a quantified, time-bounded business outcome owned by an executive sponsor. If we can't lock that outcome in two weeks, we don't start. We have walked away from signed-ready work when the number couldn't be defined.
Named principals on the work
SAFe® SPCTs, AWS Pros, Scrum Alliance CECs, principal engineers. The people in the proposal are the people on Slack with your team. Not a senior associate. Not a senior manager.
We coach, then leave
Our engineers sit at your desks. They write what goes into production. They sign the documentation that goes to MRM. When the contract ends, the runbook is yours. So is the on-call rotation.
Push back is healthy
A client should be able to disagree with us, change direction, or end an engagement without political consequence. We watch how often clients push back as a signal. Silence is usually a warning sign.
The work that isn't ours.
A firm that says yes to everything is a firm without a thesis. Here is the work we send elsewhere.
200-slide market analyses
McKinsey, BCG, and Bain own that vertical. Hire them for it. We don't pretend to compete.
Pure staff augmentation
Even our Talent Solutions practice puts named senior engineers with delivery accountability into the contract. Interchangeable seats are someone else's business.
Engagements without an outcome
If success can't be defined in week two, we stop. We won't bill against an open question.
Borrowed credit
Case studies name the client teams who actually shipped the work. We were the multiplier, not the operator. That stays true in writing.
Senior practitioners. Named in the contract.
The people who scope your engagement are the people on Slack at 7pm when production hiccups. Active SAFe® SPCT, AWS ML, Scrum Alliance CEC, and ICAgile certifications, re-verified quarterly.

Rockmere Partners is a senior-practitioner consultancy that delivers enterprise AI, SAFe®, Agile, Lean, and Talent Solutions engagements for regulated industries. Named practitioners run the work end to end, on a fixed-scope, fixed-team, fixed-window model.
A senior-practitioner consultancy staffs engagements with people who have already done the work, not associates learning on your time. At Rockmere, every consultant carries 8-plus years of delivery and active, verifiable credentials, and is named on the engagement letter.
The named partner stays on the engagement from pitch through ninety-day stabilization. No associate rotation, no 200-slide assessment sold ahead of an implementation priced separately. We deliver the production system, not the recommendation memo, and we turn down work that is not the right shape for us.
Yes, by design. We run small, senior pods rather than scaling headcount. That is what lets the principal in your proposal be the principal on your work, and it is why we decline engagements where we are not the right firm.
Dallas, Texas. HQ at 3500 Oak Lawn Ave, Suite 460. Consultants live across the US with a small EMEA and LATAM team. We do not run pure-offshore engagements.
Senior practitioners, credential-verified every quarter against each issuing body's public registry. If a credential lapses, that consultant comes off client work until it is renewed. Named in the SOW before you sign.
The phone number in our footer reaches a senior partner.
That's a choice. It's the one we'd want as a client.
