Hanna is a SAFe® Practice Consultant (SPC) and ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with over fourteen years guiding Fortune 500 organisations through agile adoption and leadership development. She has led engagements with Google, Bloomberg, Facebook, and Lululemon, helping leaders and teams move through complex transformations while building psychologically safe, high-performing cultures. Her work goes past framework rollout to the human side of change, where transformations usually stall or stick. That depth comes from a background in Management Information Systems and Organizational Behaviour, plus certifications in Solution-Focused Coaching and Emotional Intelligence.

Hanna is the call when a SAFe® rollout has stalled and the leadership team, not the teams, is the reason. She launches Agile Release Trains at portfolio scale, then coaches the executives who have to defend the change once the consultants leave. Her engagements pair structural work (Lean portfolio re-design, ART launches, PI Planning that holds) with PCC-grade coaching, so the framework outlives the kickoff.
