Regulated-industry work runs twelve to sixteen weeks because of model risk, HIPAA, or NIST AI RMF handoffs. SAFe ART launches run twelve to sixteen weeks to a predictable cadence.

  • AI consulting delivers a specific AI capability. Transformation consulting changes how the organisation operates around it, so the capability survives. Most Rockmere engagements carry both layers: an AI transformation usually needs a SAFe or Agile delivery change underneath it, and a Lean program frequently surfaces an AI opportunity.

  • We charge a fixed fee on scoped work, so you know the number before we start, and time-and-materials on multi-year programs where the shape changes quarter to quarter. We do not invoice past the scope without a written extension.

  • Five senior practitioners per pod, named in the SOW, the same five from week one through handover. The principal on your proposal is the principal on your work. No pyramid of associates, no rotation.
