He builds resilient teams and scales product delivery without burning the culture down, helping people and organisations reach sustainable performance instead of crisis-mode output. Daniel co-founded a software company working at the intersection of AI, product design, and human-centred experiences. He volunteer-organises Calgary Agile, leads at Ronald McDonald House Charities, and teaches martial arts focused on youth empowerment.
