Daniel Chow is a SAFe® Practice Consultant and product leader with nearly twenty years across engineering, product, and agile leadership. He builds resilient teams and scales product delivery without burning the culture down, helping people and organisations reach sustainable performance instead of crisis-mode output. Daniel co-founded a software company working at the intersection of AI, product design, and human-centred experiences. He volunteer-organises Calgary Agile, leads at Ronald McDonald House Charities, and teaches martial arts focused on youth empowerment.
Daniel is the call when an AI bet needs a product roadmap a board can defend, and the engineering and product sides keep talking past each other. He has built his way through engineering, product, and agile leadership, so he speaks all three languages and closes the translation gap that quietly stalls most AI programs. The work usually looks the same: take a vague use case, turn it into named outcomes and defensible milestones, then hold the cadence steady through a leadership change or two.
