Profile

Steve Bazinet is a SAFe® Practice Consultant, Agile coach, and enterprise transformation leader based in Maine, with 15+ years guiding Agile transformations across Fortune 500 organizations. He spent a decade as a Senior Manager in Accenture’s Business Agility practice, then led Agile Delivery as a Director at a national credit union. His client list spans Stellantis, Marathon Petroleum, Duke Energy, Vertex, Subway, and Lighthouse Credit Union, and along the way he has delivered dozens of SAFe® certification classes and certified hundreds of practitioners.

Steve is the call when the transformation deck says one thing and the team boards say another. His work covers Lean-Agile transformation, product operating model design, and Kanban-based flow coaching: Agile Release Train launches, LACE and Center of Excellence builds, and operating-model redesigns that hold after the coaches leave. He pairs hands-on delivery leadership with a practical, human-centered coaching style, bridging leadership strategy and team-level execution by turning transformation theory into measurable flow. The goal he coaches toward is simple to say and hard to fake: moving past “doing Agile” to genuinely being Agile.
