Chris is a SAFe® Practice Consultant and Agile coach with more than 20 years of experience across operations, communication, agile leadership, project management, and team training. For nearly a decade he has put agile practices into development and non-development organisations alike, the operations groups, shared services, and back-office teams that most rollouts skip. His method is built on servant leadership, team dynamics, and clear communication, the conditions a team needs to keep improving after the consultant leaves. He runs coaching and classroom sessions with enough creativity that people actually retain the principles and apply them the next morning.
Chris is the call when teams have the agile vocabulary but not the habit, when standups have turned into status meetings and a Scrum Master rotation has burned out faster than it can be trained.
