Case Studies

Outcomes that held.

Seven engagements, written from our own delivery records.

Seven engagements from the current book of work: manufacturing, healthcare technology, an academic health system, a state insurance carrier, and three AI builds. The clients are not named because the agreements we signed do not allow it. Everything else is drawn from our own delivery records, including the parts still in progress.

Case Anatomy

Anatomy of a Rockmere Partners case study.

Every case study on this page follows the same seven-step structure, built to read the way an executive sponsor would want to read it at a steering committee.

01
The challenge
The named business problem the executive sponsor cares about most. Stated in their language, not ours.
02
The constraints
The non-negotiables that shaped the work: the people who had to sign off, the systems we had to integrate with, the change posture of the organization.
03
Our approach
The architecture decision. The model and data choices. The named Rockmere Partners principal and the practitioners on the pod.
04
What we delivered
The production system. Named integrations. The runbook your team uses every morning. The artefacts the organization keeps after we exit.
05
The result
Where the engagement actually got to, including the parts still running. Facts we can evidence from our own records, with no number we cannot source.
06
Engagement timeline
Week-by-week shape of the work. The dates the steering committee met. What was decided in each room.
07
What survived past us
The team that owns the system today. The runbook the on-call rotation reads at 2 a.m. The patterns the next engagement reuses.
The Engagements

What the work looked like.

Seven engagements, anchored on what we can evidence: how long, how wide, and what the client took over. None of these clients ran a before-and-after measurement, so you will not find a percentage here dressed up as one.

18 months
Connected-products manufacturer
Manufacturing · running · Two value streams, and an internally certified release train engineer now runs the cadence.
4 value streams
Healthcare technology business
Healthcare technology · running · Portfolio governance built across four streams, extended by the client.
9 months
State insurance carrier
Public sector insurance · running · A flagship data programme that went from one sponsor to four.
One day
Academic health system
Academic health system · complete · IT and clinical leadership agreed a single intake and prioritisation model.
Anonymization Rules

What we anonymize. What we never will.

Engagement letters dictate what we can publish. We withhold identifying data when the letter says so. We do not edit how the work went.

We anonymize

What stays out of the public record.

Client name, where the engagement letter forbids attribution.
Individual employee names. We name our own practitioners only.
Internal product names, project codes, and integration partners (we describe the system class instead).
Dollar amounts, where the sponsor prefers percentages.
Geography below the country level.
We never anonymize

What we report exactly as it happened.

What we were asked to do, and what we actually did.
Where a call went against us, and what we decided instead.
The standards the work was held to.
The engagement duration, the scope, and how many people we enabled.
What the client can now run without us.
Clear answers to your questions.
Are these case studies real engagements?
Yes. All seven are current or recent engagements, written from our own delivery records. The clients are not named because the agreements we signed do not allow it.
Why are there no percentages?
Because none of these clients ran a before-and-after measurement, and we are not going to model one and present it as theirs. What we can evidence is the scope, the span, how many people we enabled, and what the client can now run without us. Where you see a number here, that is what it is.
How do you anonymize client case studies?
The engagement letter decides. Where it forbids attribution we withhold the client name, individual names, internal product names, and geography below the country level, and describe the system class instead. What the work involved and how it went is never edited to flatter us.
Can you put me in touch with a client?
For a serious evaluation we will ask the client directly. We do not publish a reference or a quote that has not been cleared with the person it belongs to, which is why you will not find one on this page.
Can Rockmere Partners deliver this in my industry?
If regulatory depth and senior judgment change your outcome, almost certainly. Review the industries we know best, then bring us a measurable problem and an executive sponsor and we will tell you on the first call whether we are the right firm.

Have an outcome that has to hold?

Bring a measurable outcome and an executive sponsor. We'll bring the team that delivers it.
