Each one holds active credentials (SAFe® SPCT, AWS, Scrum Alliance, ICAgile), brings decades of hands-on delivery, and stays personally accountable for the outcome of the work they sign. There is no layer of senior associates between you and the people on this page.

Rockmere keeps its leadership team deliberately small so every principal can carry live client engagements alongside firm responsibilities. There is no 12-person team built for a photo grid, and nobody sits purely in an oversight role. The principals you meet are the ones doing the work.
